At the Three Compasses we serve freshly prepared British pub food with an Italian influence with over 50 years of family heritage handed down over generations

Our fish is brought in daily from Newlyn in Cornwall. Our meat chosen every morning at Smithfield’s in London, ice cream from Lewis of London in Barnet and our wonderful brioche burger buns are cooked daily by Flourish craft bakery. We source our produce locally. Even our coffee is roasted in Hertfordshire by Arabica coffee.

Enjoy breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner in a beautiful, quiet and rural location in the Aldenham countryside of Hertfordshire.

Please feel free to pre-order any Roasts on Sundays- the roasts are so good they finish quickly – to ensure you are not disappointed feel free to reserve a roast !
