We took over the Three Compasses in December 2018, rapidly transforming it into the warm and welcoming pub that it is today. It’s a real family affair – James runs the kitchen, Magda runs front of house and you’ll probably see the kids running around too.
Little Alpine at The Three Compasses is named after the iconic Italian fine dining The Alpine Restaurant that stood in Bushey for 48 years and was owned by James’ parents.
A pub born in England with Italian roots.
You will find an Italian influence on our menu as well as other influences picked up working in some of Europe’s finest kitchens.
