Our meat chosen every morning at Smithfield’s in London, ice cream from Lewis of London in Barnet and our wonderful brioche burger buns are cooked daily by Flourish craft bakery. We source our produce locally. Even our coffee is roasted in Hertfordshire by Arabica coffee.
